Just like with food, we can, unfortunately, have a relationship with exercise and movement that isn’t great. Too little; too much; as punishment for eating; or ‘diet’ exercise?
Movement is essential for our physical and mental health, no doubt about it. However, just knowing this doesn’t always help us do it, (read more on this HERE).
I am here to help. With both daily movement, and conscious exercise.
I listen to what you need, then work with you to integrate that into your life. I offer you accountability, and motivation for your daily movement and activity of choice.
I am a qualified and insured Level 3 Personal Trainer, registered with CIMSPA . With additional specialisms in Menopause fitness.
I want to help you want to move. In the best way for you.

What we need and want from movement/ exercise changes over our life. Thankfully, we have a new understanding of why women, need different movement, in different amounts, to men. It is time for a rethink.

YOUR ZOOM EXERCISE
Getting movement from your home, with me as your trainer, is all about efficiency, motivation, and accountability.
Sessions can be on your own, or split sessions with 1 or 2 people you buddy up with.
In your PJs if you like, with kids and pets welcome!
No need for expensive equipment. We will start with what you have at home already – tins of beans if need be!
Before we start we will agree on your goals, you get to tell me what you like and don’t like, I listen, we work through barriers together.
Charges
Free 20 min consultation
Sessions
You can buy PT sessions with or without health coaching sessions.
30 mins, 40 mins, 55 mins. Single sessions, or blocks of 4, 6, 12 sessions. Flexible packages to suit your needs.
My most popular package is combining a half hour of coaching, with a half hour of PT.
You can split the PT costs with friends / family / colleagues and share sessions.
